As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist, I am passionate about helping children, teens, young adults, and women navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, connection, and self-understanding. In therapy, I provide a warm, authentic, and supportive space where clients of all ages can feel safe enough to be themselves while we work towards our therapeutic goals.

My approach is relational at its core. I believe healing happens within the context of trusting relationships, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel seen, accepted, and genuinely understood. As a Christian, I view people with inherent dignity and value no matter who you are, where you've been, or what you've done. I am experienced in working with clients of a wide variety of backgrounds. That said, I hold a seminary degree and for clients who desire it, I am comfortable and well-versed in incorporating faith into the counseling process.

While I consider myself a gentle therapist, I am also direct when needed, helping clients explore patterns, gain insight, develop coping tools that work, and move toward lasting change. I work with children ages 3 and up, adolescents, young adults, and adult women. I particularly enjoy supporting young adults as they navigate the transitions and challenges that often accompany college and early adulthood, including identity development, relationship concerns, anxiety, perfectionism, life direction, and increasing independence.

My areas of focus include strengthening the parent-child relationship, anxiety, perfectionism, intrusive thoughts, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, maternal mental health, and postpartum adjustment. Through play therapy, counseling, and collaborative work with parents, I help clients develop practical tools, deepen emotional awareness, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Whether you are seeking support for your child, navigating the challenges of motherhood, adjusting to a new season of adulthood, or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety and perfectionism, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing and growth.
